Cherry at night

I have been trying to learn how to use my camera on manual and to take pictures at night. Here is my weeping cherry in full bloom at night. We have a spot light on it so that helped make it show up better.

  1. great manual way is to put your camera on a tripod or surface (where there is minimal movement) decrease your shutter speed. The slower you shutter speed, the more ligth is let in. The smaller the apeture the more light is let in also. If you have a lense that accomidates a 1.2 or 1.4 apeture, it works GREAT in low light without having to use a flash:-) Have fun!! I LOVE playing around with my camera!
